A recruiter reached out to me for an internship position back in April. I applied and had an 1hr and a half long interview with 5 different people. After a couple of weeks, they reached out and asked if I was interested in a full time role as a drop ship analyst (I would have to interview again with another group of people). I went in for the interview that lasted another 1hr and half and they told me they would reach out in two weeks or so about their decision since they were interviewing other candidates. The two weeks passed by and I heard nothing from them. At this point I received an offer from another employer and decided to email Academy to let them know since I was really interested in the position with them. My email was completely ignored. I never heard from them again. I thought that was very unprofessional, especially after going through multiple interviews with them.
