the interview went well, it was easy and the manager was super nice. she didn’t seem like she was in a rush and took the time to hear me out which i greatly appreciated.

Pretty standard and laid back. One on one and then if we pick you we will call you. Pretty much the same everywhere.
The only problem is today many employers don't tell you the starting rate of pay. 2 ladies I worked with didn't know their salary.
