Interview
They basically ask questions to see how you interact with people. Focus on customer service and working well with others as well as multitasking and you should be fine. Be able to articulate your thoughts well and think quickly on your feet and the job should be yours. Getting the interview is most of the battle.

Nothing really unexpected, everything was pretty cut and dry, but it varies by whoever is the hiring manager conducting the interview
Good interview process. Just ended not for me. Great questions and probably best for someone who is starting out. Talked about character and how to lead. Overall good starter interview.
