I had a zoom interview with the VP of HR. She was very nice, but some things she said and what I found through research were very concerning. 1) They make you sign a noncompete agreement, so you can't have any side jobs even if you don't do anything remotely close to the same services they provide. So, on top of making you go to the office every day, they handcuff you to the business like a slave. 2) The other thing I found online is that there are multiple nepo babies working for the company along with favoritism. If you're not in the circle, you're probably going to get screwed. I've been places like that before and it doesn't matter how hard you work or are good at your job, if you're not in the circle, it's miserably demoralizing and frustrating. Take what you will from my comments and be very wary of joining this company.
