Interview
There are multiple steps before you're truly onboarded, but once you've gone through the pre-test and the first two interviews, the training is all paid. The training is extensive, which is good for the job.

Question 1
You will be asked about your experience working with students.
You take an initial diagnostic test, must score above 30. Then interview followed by a mini-lesson of subject of choice. Afterwards you are entered into training. Must pass a post-test and a teach back.
