Interview
I went through a handful of interviews and there was a presentation portion where you got to basically do a show and tell about who you are, your background and why you are interested in the role. At first I thought a presentation would be stressful but the vibe during the actual discussion was pretty casual. Overall, I think that it was a good and efficient process.

Interview
The interview process was quick, efficient, but also extremely well ran and organized. Vijay was phenomenal to work with. Typically he would call me within an hour of the end of interview to confirm how it went and explain next steps. Thoroughly enjoyed the process with Vijay and Absorb.

Very transparent and well organized every step of the way.
I was initially reached out to by a recruiter for a screening call followed by a 1:1 with a hiring manager, an interview panel with two additional hiring managers where I gave a presentation, and then a final round with the Director of Account Management.
I worked with Vijay during the entire interview process and he was very accommodating, helpful, and excellent at communicating next steps.
