There were 3 rounds. First round was 1 hour long with coding and ML related questions. 2nd round was mostly going over the resume, experience and getting to know the company and candidate better. 3rd round was a project presentation in front of the whole team.
The coding part was easy. They switch gears a lot in the ML questions. As I had no prior industry experience before, I think that hurt the most for the decision. In the 3rd round, some members of the team were asking some questions/experiences that can be only answered if I were from an industry setup.
I must say the recruiter was very active. She replies almost immediately and very nice.
