3 Rounds : 1 with HR, 1 with Current Employees, 1 with Managers (Superday with 3 rounds). Mostly behavioral questions & more conversation like. The Tech sector did have a project to submit before the Superday Interview.

Rigorous interview process but the people are extremely nice and they make it fun. For merchandising I had to do 2 group activities, a trend powerpoint, and a math exam along with the usual interviews. Merchandising and Planning are most competitive.
