A few questions about how you would react to a certain situation and how your friends would describe you. (i.e. How would your friends describe you?). Dress as you would if you worked there. They mainly go for people they think will fit the image, or in other words, what they think is a visually attractive person.
One on one individual interview that encourages you to dress the part for the image of Abercrombie. Group interviews allow you share your thoughts while bouncing off of each others’ input.

A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.

Small group interview in the mall round table questions. Easy, don’t copy the other answers that’s it. Hear back pretty quick. Overall great vibe would highly recommend it to college students
