Group Interview and the same questions are asked over and over again. Simple questions to get to know you better. You must be outgoing and dress as if you work there already so they can see if you fit their brand. Nothing to be nervous about just be yourself and be willing to represent the brand well and work hard.
One on one individual interview that encourages you to dress the part for the image of Abercrombie. Group interviews allow you share your thoughts while bouncing off of each others’ input.

A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.

Small group interview in the mall round table questions. Easy, don’t copy the other answers that’s it. Hear back pretty quick. Overall great vibe would highly recommend it to college students
