There were three ridiculous questions, it was hardly interview because they only hire on looks (I'm so flattered...) and they only emphasize diversity in the interview because of past law suits. After describing my personality, the store brand, and having to say the tag line the interview had come to a close. I received a call about a week later saying I was hired.

One on one interview, sit down outside of the store with the store manager. Lasted about 20 minutes of question and answer. Manager was friendly and let the conversation flow onto other topics.

They wanted very outgoing and charming people who smile a lot naturally, so do those things and you will be off to a great start. The job is tedious, but fine.
