It was pretty standard. I was approached by one of the managers and decided to go ahead and apply since I kinda needed a job lol. I applied in the store, then set my interview date. The day of my interview, I find out it was a group interview (group of 4 total). We were asked pretty standard questions like about diversity, why we wanted to work there, and what we would do in different scenarios.
Group interview of around ten or so people, quick twenty minutes of general questions (why do you want to work there, what are your strengths/weaknesses), usually with store or assistant manager. Offer via phone call within a week.
Questions on your passion in customer service. They will ask you about the product knowledge, brand information. Questions like how do you think you can contribute to the company. And the commitment to work during weekends and closing.
I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Glendale, CA)
Interview
I applied online and then I received a call back asking to come in for a group interview. The group interviews were held outside the store. There were about 6 of us in one group. We went around the circle answering questions.
