Scheduling of the interviews one day beforehand.
Rescheduling of the interview last minute, interviewers were not being punctual and on time.
Interviewer asked me why he does not know me, as we used to work in previous company together.

It was a phone interview that followed a typical format, with standard questions and a straightforward process. I started with a self-introduction, and we reviewed my resume together. The interviewer asked a few behavioral questions, but there were no technical questions involved. Overall, the interviewer was very approachable and pleasant, creating a comfortable atmosphere throughout.

Typical interview questions and some behavioral questions to see how you handle conflicts, mistakes and priorities shifting. Hiring managers were professional yet friendly. They were also very informative if you ask the right questions, you'll find out whether the culture will fit or not
