Had first over the phone interview and it went pretty well. Then proceeded to have video interview on teams with manager and it went even better. Ghosted from there and after multiple attempts to follow up didn't get job. Need to work on improving communication to candidates as it's very unprofessional to ghost someone to wants to work for you.

The process tool a few weeks. First call with HR, then technical interview, offer call and lastly a call with HR regarding the company. Overall, everyone was extremely excited and personable during the interview process and made it enjoyable.
