I met CEO first and he explained how better the company is than other agencies and KPIs and what recruitment is. He introduced me some senior consultants. Basically he welcomes people who are interested in the company, but it’s for their database. The company looks very good during the interviews.

Misguiding. Lying. One of the the most disingenuous recruitment firms in Japan. Nothing Really good to say. everything was horrible. After the 2nd interview the MD is really friendly and offers you a really attractive package. Once you start, all Hell breaks loose.
