AXIS Capital interview questions

Deputy active underwriter role. Preliminary conversation with recruiting staff at Axis which went well, although recruiter was late, and confirmed I had all required skill sets. Feed back was very positive with an indication to take me to next stage. Then nothing, no more communication and a couple of months later and automatic rejection with no explanation.

First I had a 15 minute screening with a very friendly HR lady. The next interview was in person and 40 minutes where we talked through my CV and STAR-type skills questions.
