Everything about it seemed illegitimate. I had gone into the process feeling confident about the company but after the interview and hearing what their retention rates were for the first 6 months it seemed they just leached on kids out of college that don't know any better.

Interview
The interview was easy, they ask you to introduce yourself to them, and also ask about if you have got a sales Experience. Just sell yourself to them and you will be hired
Applied online and was contacted for an interview about a week later. The first interview was one-on-one and consisted of a mix of background and behavioral questions, and very conversational.

Very simple Interview, based off my experience seems like everyone gets the role.
This is more of an insurance sales position rather than an actual “advisor”. Make sure to ask as many questions as possible
