Interview
It was very quick and informative. I was guided on the license and how to be successful. The gentleman answered all the questions I had too which was many. I was able to gain knowledge about the job, company, compensation and successes and failure traits.

how well do you communicative with people example?
Kind people with good questions to prepare you for the job. Very professional setting but still made you feel at ease. Explained the role and their company very well too.
I did a three part interview, first met with the VP twice and after that met the EVP at the final interview. If i could describe it with one word, I would say they made it flexible.

Interview
Extremely direct and timely, made me feel like a valued member of the team, even at the interview process. I very much felt at home at a potential company that I was simply applying to. This feeling was prior to any serious consideration.
