Assessmet centre was a log day with lots of gaps in between. Involved group exercise, invdividual presentation, interview and in tray exercise. For the presentation make sure that you use ALL the material, I was penalised heavily for missing a bit of information which I thought was irrelevant.

Interview
Phone call with hr then interview with team managers on zoom. Will briefly ask you introduce yourself and ask your cv in detail. They like focus on your personality rather than your qualifications.
Fill an application and submit a task in excel. Prepare a presentation about technology and the insurance industry. Manager introduces himself/herself and give a brief on their roles. Explain my answers to the given tasks.
