First interview to walk through experience and motivations. Second interview to delve deeper into technical and competency based. Both lasted for about an hour. There was no specific role advertised and although really good feedback was provided after the interview and I was very keen on the job, it took two weeks to discuss internally to let me know that there will be no hiring signed off until at least 2-3 months time.

The first interview was conducted with HR, while the second with the responsible manager. The third was made with the HR Director and after that an offer was made. In the meantime, i was asked to complete a skills / personality test, which i did. After accepting the offer i was asked to submit some documents and then signed the contract (for six months) which, after the six months became permanent.
