A recruiter found me on LinkedIn and basically put me into the company directly. He connected with someone for a phone interview where that employee, (not manager) just spent 30 minutes telling me about the company, not really interviewing me. Then had me come in for an in person interview (pre-pandemic) and meet with two personelle that were outside of the design team and then my would be boss over zoom. Followed by a lunch with the employee. Quite a strange process. They also asked me to bring in a UX test, which they prepared me for a week ahead of time.
