Several months and stages including a recruiter that was a kind of psychological tester. They even ask for a sales presentation to demonstrate my skills.
Interviewers were sensible but it took to long for them to make a decision. If I were in rush I couldn't wait for so long.

Easy, positive, and smooth process. 3 step interview, and it took around 3 weeks to complete the interview process. The questions were easy to answer, and it felt like talking to a wonderful group of colleagues rather than an interrogation style interview.

Interview
I made 2 rounds with Aveva
First one was with HR, it was ok
Second one was with hiring manager, it was fine, too.
What was not ok, it took them 1 month after the second interview to send standard rejection email.
And two weeks later is the job vacant, again.
Contacted by several hiring managers and a panel interview so far so good. Hr has been helpful but didn’t know salary info when asked. Communication has been great. Company seems very well put togehter
