I had 4 interviews. First was HR, then I have 3 additional with Head of Risk, Treasury and finally with VP for sales. I have to emphasize that everybody was very friendly and transparent. Each of the interviews was completely different. We did not speak about my CV, only about the knowledge and skills needed for the position. It was very nice.
