Applied via employee referral. Process took a couple months. Initially met with a project group manager for a preliminary interview, and then was invited on site to interview with two higher-ups. Process was very low stress, and it seemed like a good group of engineers to work with. Only down side was that candidate correspondence was not handled by HR, but by the engineers and managers who were very busy most of the time. Due to this, it was very difficult to keep updated on candidacy status. Didn't hear anything definitive until months after my interview, when I was told the staffing levels were already full for the current year. Overall, seems like a good company to work for, they could just use some more resources for candidate correspondence.
