Interview process will focus primarily on iOS development fundamentals, including an understanding of basic concepts and the iOS software stack. Candidates should also be prepared to discuss their previous work experience in mobile app development, demonstrating familiarity with coding principles, design patterns, and development best practices.
In addition to technical topics, the evaluation will include aptitude-based and general knowledge questions to assess analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Following this, there will be a Human Resources (HR) round aimed at understanding the candidate’s behavioural traits, communication skills, teamwork, adaptability, and overall cultural fit within the organization.
