Interview
They have recruiters that reach out and screen you first, then they send your resume to a regional director who may contact you for an interview. The regional director interviews you at the clinic that might be the best fit, then gives you a chance to observe and ask questions of the clinic staff. They'll call you back if they want to pursue you further.

First was phone interview which went quite well, standard interview questions, followed by 1 on 1 interview with vp of operations at Bolingbrooke, very relaxing interview, basic interview questions followed by overview of company .

Called by phone, had interview over phone with questioning about the position. Wanted to know my experience and if I had any experience. Phone interviews lasted about an hour and was told there were other people they were interviewing.
