t was simple one face to face round and after completing interview I got a call for reference check and background check. I was interviewed by 3 members and questions were simple and based on your resume. All are standard questions related to testing and some were behavioural questions, anyone can answer these questions. Since these are standard questions so it is completely depend on how well we answer them. I generally gave response with an example from my previous work experience so they can understand easily

I applied online and was contacted by phone to arrange a time for an interview. The were two interviews in Calgary with the Manager being Edmonton so they were video conferenced on all meetings. The second interview was to meet the Director.
