I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at AT&T (Sanford, FL) in Mar 2019
Interview
The interview was very relaxed. Going into a sales position - the managers basically wanted to get to know me more than anything - some typical questions were asked such as "why did you apply" and they did dive into my resume and asked about my previous sales roles. Other than that they were very open about wanting to get to know me during the interview - about 30 minutes total.

I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AT&T (Bryant, AR) in Apr 2026
Interview
Was contacted for a zoom interview. Get on the zoom and two other interviewees were on. Nothing was mentioned before the interview, was also stated to dress business and no one was but me. This is very unprofessional of a company.
I applied online. I interviewed at AT&T (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2025
Interview
Excellent review of the job description. Thorough and explained selling fiber and wireless plans to customers in an inbound setting. Interviewer asked how I believed the interview went post interview.
The interview was very fun although I did not receive the job. It was a good experience. I would probably go to interview with them again, but overall the experience was fine.
