30 minute interview. They asked me the usual questions. Wanted to know if I was a hunter or farmer. Met with other reps in the office to get a feel for the team. Was asked some technical questions. They basically asked questions from a script and wrote down my answers.
2 step recruiter then manager takes about 3 weeks in total l. Basic questions experience and overcoming objections. How do you recruit new customers are you comfortable w cold calling

I went under the b2b sales program, it was a phone call and then a roleplay, it went pretty well! It was a simple process, however I know that they have changed things - some people may get a role play while others don't.
