I applied online, my first interview was with the recruiter and my second interview was with my manager. both were very nice people and the interview process was serious but comfortable.
it was a quick zoom interview in which a few questions were asked, very comfortable setting and then they’d sent me an application and then i completed it and turned it in to them, job offer came soon after

Very convenient and flexible method. There were many Japanese questions since the internship is based in Japan. I am not sure if it would be the same for other countries. The employer was nice.
