I had a very pleasant interview with Tonya A. She asked excellent questions and, hopefully, I gave satisfactory answers. Tonya offered great details regarding the customer service call center and what she expects from every representative. The position seems to be a challenging and rewarding part of the ARS-Rescue Rooter success. I hope to receive positive feedback soon.
