      Service Technician Interview

      30 Jun 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Chicago, IL
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ARS-Rescue Rooter (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2012

      Interview

it was a group interview, there were at least 20 people in a large room, they told a lot of feel good stories and talked about how they would guide you to running your own branch one day and etc...a lot of bull to get you excited and then it all falls through once you start, they hire a lot of people in the spring bc they drop like flies once people realize how unethical the company is, that is if the new hire has any morals.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

they really only asked about my background and a lot of filler questions to see how you are with customers and to make sure your not a total creep.
