The process was very enjoyable. They made it comfortable and not intimidating at all.
I interviewed with the 3 directors on premises, all are very friendly. The interview lasted about 40 minutes.

In-person, very friendly approach and comfortable setting. More character-focused and less skill orientated. They make you aware that they invest in their employees professional growth and up skilling. Company culture is very evident. Technical assessment follows.
