Interview was extremely straightforward, direct one on one review of performance and job duties. Several questions asked about the companies future goals and personal employee goals. Definitely goal/focus oriented questions, furthermore a very painless/trouble-free interview process.

Phone call with HR Director which progressed to an on site interview with regional VP and then back to interview with Sales Director. Three interviews in all and conducted very professionally.
