It was all really weird; I got a reply to my application within 30 minutes of sending it and then the HR rep set up the interview for the next day. After confirming my interview time, I got a follow-up email from the HR rep reminding me to be on time and wear professional clothes...that's when I should have known something was up. What business needs to tell you to dress professionally for an interview? When I got to the office, it sounded like a daycare. Employees were screaming and yelling, supposedly for team-building but it was so deafening I could barely pay attention to the interviewer. He maybe asked me two questions about myself, gave a very minimal job description and then said I wouldn't find out about salary or benefits until the second job interview, which would be a job shadow. I was offered the second interview but immediately turned it down. This is nothing except a well disguised door to door sales job.
