Asked to provide brief history of outbound call work experience. Discuss familiarity (if any) with telephony communications (hold, call volume, queue times). A section will also cover example customer scenarios to gauge csr responses in common situations. Also several questions on phone etiquette.

Two rounds of interviews. First round with the Human Resources Manager. Basic questions were asked. Around 30 minutes or so. Second interview was responsible by the hiring Manager of the CS Division. Spent around 45 mins.

Quick and easy. They didn’t ask for a lot of information. I got the job right away. Years after I quit they called me back to work for them again. I was flattered.
