invited for interview at their sub-par empty office. Met an HR girl who said no management around at the moment. Super casual. Super unprofessional. Don't bother going down for an interview. They are steering all traders to a particular broker and must be getting a kickback in commissions. That is all.

Interview
I am a trader with more than 8 years of proprietary trading experience. I have a proven track record and I presented it to the company during the interview. The company was impressed by my records and answers related to trading and I was offered the role of Senior Trader. I was not asked to take any test.
