It was fairly technical, demanded a bit of advanced preparation which is customized according to the mission and vision of the corporation. I was able to effectively communicate my skills and experience to the interviewer. We had a great conversation about the company's values and goals, and I could tell there was a good fit between my background and what they're looking for in a candidate.
