The process was okey, although the AC was too long (it took 3h). When you apply to multiple position this is way too time consuming. However, I appreciate the real-life examples during the assessment.

I had a phone screen followed by an interview with the team manager. Behavioral questions pertaining to my experience. Very straightforward process. Didn’t feel like I needed to jump through hoops. Recruiter was very transparent about the role and communicative.

The interview process starts with a call from a recruiter to Find out whether a candidate is interested, then it goes with one more call to identify candidates suitability for the role. Afterwards, an interview with AMS is scheduled. After a positive feedback there's a video meeting with a client.
