Had two interviews, very friendly staff, wasn't overly pressured, about 2 months between first interview and second interview was one on one basically with very little pressure on questions, had alot of very nice staff and welcoming

Interview
Interview was good. The company ensured you knew the company and met the upper management team. I was taken to lunch with the EHS and Technical Manager, in order for them to get to know me, to see if I would be a good fit for the company. I thought the interview process was good. I stated the job within 2 weeks after the management team agreed I would be a good fit for the company.

Interview
I started as a temporary employee. I was hired through Iforce and then was brought on full time permanent. I completed and application online through Iforce, they called me and I went in for an interview and drug test. I was offered the position and they asked if I could start the next day.
