Interview
The interview process was disorganized. I had applied months before I got called for an interview. The hiring manager wasn't very responsive to any questions before hand and set the date by leaving a hard to hear voicemail. The interview was five 15 minute talks with individuals. I didn't think this was enough time to get a full grasp of anyone/anything. However, I thought it went over well and it seemed like a good fit and they all mentioned how they really need more people. When I followed up I got called the wrong name by the hiring manager.

Interview
2 gesprekken gehad op locatie. Rondleiding van HR gekregen, die viel tegen. Wist niet zo veel technische details te geven. Dat was jammer.
Gesprek met de team chef was ook prima, hij had er meer verstand van en het was duidelijk wat ik moest gaan doen.
