15 minute call with recruiter followed by 30 minute call with hiring manager. 3rd step was a panel interview with hiring manager, another engineer and plant manager. This was a followed by an annoying personality assessment that took 4+ hours to complete and was a complete waste of time. Final interview was an all day on-site interview including lunch. Interview included a site tour, 30 min virtual call with director (not sure what is the point of driving 3 hours for an onsite interview) and a 30 minute presentation. Everyone at the company acted really nice and welcoming but haven't got back to me 3 weeks later and I still haven't been reimbursed for the rental car expenses. Overall an unprofessional and slow company.
