The interview process was well organised and moved smoothly through three stages. It began with a short introductory phone call with a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, who provided a clear overview of the role, team structure, and the wider company.
This was followed by a 1 hour online interview with the Head of Legal and a Senior HR Business Partner. This stage focused on relevant experience, transferable skills and experience working with senior executives and stakeholders, as well leadership style.
The third stage was a 30 minute online interview with another member of the senior leadership team, which covered high‑level professional experience, strategic thinking, and motivations for wanting to join the company.
Overall, the process was professional, efficient, and transparent, with clear communication throughout.
