Interview
First you have to fill in a online application and PASS the assessment test. If you don't pass the assessment test then they never even see your application (and no...you have no way of knowing if you pass the assessment test) but, I got a call in like a few weeks. They called and gave me a phone interview...the questions were real easy like "Can you lift ___ pounds?" and like "Will you be able to do this and that?" Questions like that, then they set up a one on one interview. The one on one interview was easy...they basically ask hypothetical questions and how you would handle certain situations. I got a call back three days later telling me to come to a second one on one interview.
IF YOU GET A CALL BACK AFTER THE FIRST ONE ON ONE INTERVIEW THEN YOU BASICALLY GOT THE JOB because the second one on one interview just goes over your schedule and gives you a paper that says "Welcome to AMC Film Crew"...or something like that.

Describe the interview process. The interview process wasn’t bad at all. Typical interview questions. Mainly about availability and shifts. Describe the interview process. The interview process wasn’t bad at all. Typical interview questions. Mainly about availability and shifts.

Process is fairly easy. If they're interested in your online application, they do a phone screening. If you do well on that one, they call you in to do an interview for the specific theater. Most of the questions are personality based. They do have you have you pitch AMC Stubs just to get a feel of how you'd present it to customers. Not sure why someone said people get hired on the spot as I never came across a crew member that got hired immediately, even if they were short staffed. Typically it takes a couple days before they give you a response.
