got called in for an onterview over the phone, the interview was done by a supervisor and manager who both opened with what if scenarios. I answered to the best of my abilty and on the way out made a few jokes about movies. got told on the spot that someone friendly is all they cared about because sales dont matter and hired me.

Interview
Process is fairly easy. If they're interested in your online application, they do a phone screening. If you do well on that one, they call you in to do an interview for the specific theater. Most of the questions are personality based. They do have you have you pitch AMC Stubs just to get a feel of how you'd present it to customers. Not sure why someone said people get hired on the spot as I never came across a crew member that got hired immediately, even if they were short staffed. Typically it takes a couple days before they give you a response.

How are you with customer service and problem solving angry customers? It wasnt bad, a lot of what would you do if type questions. I got the job eventually. And it was my favorite.
