Initial call with HR who decided to call from a train so the call got it off, which seemed unprofessional. I then made it to the next round where I had an interview with the business manager. Hr were pretty useful she told me to fill in this online profile which they provide you with a link for and you have to fill in information about all the roles you have worked in, I spent 2 evenings working on this but when I went to the interview the guy told me not to worry about the profile as it didn't need to be filled in. This is very disappointing as I spent so much time on something hr were persistent with. I also sent hr some questions before my interview and they literally didn't respond until pestered. So unprofessional. Oh I also apparently made it to the next round of interviews but this was in April and I have heard nothing since. This whole experience has been such a waste of my time and they don't seem to know what they are doing!

They asked about my experience and asked scenario based questions
Colloquio conoscitivo sostenuto telefonicamente. Mi è stato chiesto il mio background accademico e lavoratovivo e mi è stato chiesto a quali posizioni e settori fossi interessato, oltre che la disponibilità alla mobilità territoriale.
1er entretien : il s’agit d’une rencontre de présentation où le candidat et l’entreprise font connaissance. On y échange sur le parcours, la motivation, les valeurs et le projet professionnel afin de vérifier l’adéquation globale entre les deux parties.
2eme entretien : c’est un entretien technique plus approfondi, centré sur les compétences. Le candidat est évalué à travers des questions techniques, des mises en situation ou des cas pratiques pour vérifier son niveau réel et sa capacité à répondre aux besoins du poste.
3eme entretien : il correspond à la phase finale de validation et de signature du contrat. Les conditions d’embauche sont discutées (poste, salaire, missions, date de début), puis les derniers points administratifs sont réglés avant la formalisation de l’embauche.
