They have such a bad recruiting process. I got a call/email from 2 different Indian HRs. The call was set on the same day of receiving the email and everything was final. I did not hear back from the recruiter at the set time. I waited a lot and then emailed back. Hours later I was informed that the position went on hold. The position that went on hold on the same day was unacceptable. The recruiter didn't even respond with any other information. The second recruiter days later for the same position asks me a questionnaire to answer and then ghosts me.

First screening and then no word… Have been screened “for the first time” for different vacancies and different people. The process is always the same and they seem to not have me in their registration. Poor organisation.
