Simple, few intial interviews with different managers then final interview. Approached via LinkedIn. Helpful with lots of information on the process. Any questions can be answered. Need to have some experience in software or knowledge.
I applied for the job, and had a first interview via phone, the other one was a teams interview which was little technical and management skills type interview, the last one is HR interview

Concluso con spiegazione tipologie di contratto, possibile avanzamento di carriera a partire da stage "retribuito" dalla durata di massimo 6 mesi, per poi continuare con 3 anni di apprendistato e successivamente l'indeterminato.

3 stage interview quiet repitative and lasted 1 hour each time. By the end of the 3rd interview i received an offer. interviewers were keen on explaining the alten culture and the way they work and the importance of personal development
