After a first contact with the recruiter two online coding tests and an interview with project manager was fixed. The tests was quite difficult for a junior developer, i suggest to study and be prepared about all the basics programming skills of a language. The interview with project manager was really great. After a brief presentation of myself and some questions about my ambitions and skills they presented the working position really well Then a technical interview was fixed. The interview was a trial before the real technical interview for the working position. They also provided a detailed evaluation of the interview about technical skills, problems solving abilities and attitudes. Then a brief interview was fixed to prepare me for the final technical interview with clients. Finally i sustained the technical interview with clients. It was really detailed about my career, my projects and my programming skills. I suggest to prepare really well a quick presentation about yourself and study for the technical part.

Mi hanno chiamato al cellulare offrendomi un colloquio per una posizione da junior software engineer. A questo è seguito un colloquio conoscitivo con l'hr dove sono state poste domande generiche sul percorso e le conoscenze.
Colloquio molto rapido e molto pratico, nel quale non è stata presa troppo nel dettaglio la figura professionale, ma solo alcune competenze specifiche, messe alla prova nei primi minuti del primo colloquio.
