Four-stage interview. The first was the recruiter screen, where they checked alignment re: right to work & salary (and advised the whole process could take as little as a few weeks). The second stage was an interview with a "business manager" who wanted to explore my motivations for joining the organisation. They told me they'd be moving me forward to the third stage, but it's been over two weeks and I've heard nothing, so I'm guessing I've been ghosted.

Os recrutadores não avaliam os curriculos dos candidatos tão pouco atualizam o cadastro interno dos candidatos. E ao fazerem a entrevista, acabam deixando os candidatos constrangidos. Minha última experiência não foi nem um pouco agradável, a pessoa que me entrevistou chegou atrasada, não se desculpou, precisei pedir para ligar a câmera e mau deixou eu falar.
